William (Bill) Buckner has served as a Board Director of the Company since September 2003. Mr. Buckner has been employed since 1987 by Cargill, Inc. and in April, 1998 was appointed President of Excel Corporation, a leading processor of beef and pork in North America . Mr. Buckner was elected Corporate Vice President of Cargill, Inc. in January 2000, Co-leader of Cargill's Meat Solutions Platform in 2000. The Platform includes Excel Beef, Excel Pork, North American Case Ready, Emmpak, Australian Beef, Caprock Industries, Cargill Pork, Cargill Turkey Products, and Excel Food Distribution. The Platform has a vision of being the leader in innovative meat solutions for targeted customers and consumers. Mr. Buckner is an honors graduate of McMaster University , Hamilton , Ontario with a bachelor's degree in Commerce.
