Victor M. Casini, Esquire has served as a director since September 2005.  Mr. Casini served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Discovery Zone, a publicly traded owner and franchise of children’s indoor playgrounds, from July 1992 until May 1995 when it was sold to Viacom, Inc.  Prior to July 1992, Mr. Casini practiced corporate and securities law with the law firm of Bell, Boyd & Lloyd in Chicago, Illinois for more than five years.  Mr. Casini is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Finance and received his Juris Doctor in 1987 from Northwestern University.
